Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services.
Preparation of shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
Documentation of method statements and work procedures.
Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
Evaluation, cost estimation, and analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas services.
Liaison with all parties involved in the project, including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers.
Attend site meetings and inspections.
Prepare progress reports, claims, variation orders (VO), method statements, and safe work procedures.
Assist the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.
