Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to support smooth project implementation and assist with progress claims. Responsibilities Monitor site progress and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation Inspect works in progress to enforce quality control and compliance with project standards Prepare for plumbing and sanitary inspections with RTO according to approved drawings Supervise sanitary plumbing, gas, and fire fitting works, including ordering and controlling materials Oversee IC works and sanitary pipe sleeve installation following tile setting out drawings Follow internal schedules to coordinate and expedite subcontractor work completion Assist in preparing and verifying monthly progress claims and subcontractor progress claims
