The Plumber installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing, heating, and electromechanical systems on campus buildings and facilities.


This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $28.14 - $35.19 per hour.


Core Responsibilities:

+ Performs maintenance and repair of various facilities as indicated on daily work orders; orders materials needed to complete jobs; lays out and installs plumbing to comply with plumbing codes.

+ Performs testing procedures to troubleshoot electromechanical systems on campus building equipment.

+ Repairs and maintains laundry equipment.

+ Assists with installation, maintenance and repair of boilers, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning systems and gas fueled equipment.

+ Maintains fire protection equipment

+ Performs associated Facilities Services maintenance work as requested, including, but not limited to: snow removal, event set-up ...
