**Job Summary and Qualifications**

To provide various preventive and corrective maintenance on utility equipment and components of the utility delivery system. Will understand the position of maintenance mechanic 3 within the guidelines of the utility management program. Will take a key role in providing a physical plant that is safe and environmentally comfortable for patients, staff and visitors.
