Job Summary

Experienced in all forms of soldering. Experienced in diagnosing and repair of HVAC problems. Knowledge of sanitary, waste and vent piping. Cutting and thread pipe to meet fabrication needs. Maintain and install plumbing fixtures. Knowledge of medical gas systems. Install and maintain circulating pumps. knowledge of high-pressure steam boilers and delivery systems. Estimate and requisition materials needed for projects. Working knowledge of all OSHA, State, DOH and Hospital Safety Standards. Install and maintain fire protection systems. Working knowledge of simplex fire detection system. Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration including ice machines. Understand and follow preventative maintenance programs.
