Plating Maintenance Technician

Summary / Objective

The Plating Maintenance Technician is responsible for the continuous operation of all Plating Strip Lines and Barrel Lines. The technician also assists with the water treatment system.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

• Support global Plating Operations with a high level of integrity with the maintenance of the plating strip lines and barrel lines.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance daily on plating lines and support equipment, documenting findings in the maintenance work order system and follow up on open issues found.
• Monitor preventative maintenance tasks performed by production operators and assist as required.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform troubleshooting on and repairs to a variety of production equipment, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics....
