Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re seeking a skilled Platform Specialist to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain production servers, cloud environments (Azure, Office 365), SaaS apps, networks, backups, and security systems.
Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to strategy, governance, and technology roadmaps.
Lead the Technical Support team, manage escalations, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Represent the team at CAB meetings, reviewing and approving infrastructure changes.
Oversee and influence budgets: £4M operational contracts
£4M capital projects
£2M Microsoft cloud spend
£1.5M outsourced services Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
Optimize licensing and cloud costs.
