We are looking for a Platform Engineer – Microsoft 365 to join our global IT team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for building and operating a secure, scalable, and highly available M365 collaboration platform supporting users worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Provide advanced (3rd line) operational support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), including handling complex incidents and escalations.

• Actively participate in M365-related projects, including onboarding of new capabilities, integrations, migrations, and continuous platform improvements.

• Ensure security, compliance, and operational stability of collaboration services in line with enterprise standards and best practices.
