**Description**

+ Plate Mounters are to follow the job schedule for each press.
+ Always keep as many jobs mounted ahead as possible.
+ Minimize scrap by using correct adhesive for the type of art on plates.
+ Use Hot melt glue on plate edges and wrap mounted plates with plastic wrap to ensure no lift.
+ Endeavor to stay ahead on each press schedule.
+ Be ready at all times to re-mount plates and fix worn plates.
+ Maintain proper amounts of plate adhesive.
+ Notify Supervisor when amount of plate adhesive is low.
+ Communicate any and all problems with Lead Person/ Supervisor.
