Position Overview
This is a strategic leadership role for a hands‑on professional who can manage end‑to‑end factory operations, drive production performance and lead large‑scale expansion and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities - Lead overall factory operations ensuring smooth production quality and cost efficiency
- Develop and implement long‑term manufacturing and operations strategies
- Manage production planning, forecasting and manpower allocation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma process optimization)
- Monitor and improve plant performance including OEE and operational KPIs
- Oversee maintenance strategies (preventive and predictive)
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and HSE standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP)
- Lead factory expansion, relocation and infrastructure development projects
- Manage Capex planning, budgeting and project execution
