Job Duties: Manage Customer Zero-Mile issues in customer portals. Manage customer warranty issues. Facilitate Corrective Action Teams. Perform internal quality investigations. Perform review of customer 0 km and field and warranty returns in a timely manner. Manage 8D investigations or similar corrective action process derived from product and process audits, and from internal quality investigations. Maintain internal indicators and process audits.
