Creat working instruction and set up the vulcanization parameter/layout /material flow etx. based on process development informationTo participate the customer audit and internal audit , follow up the process related actionsResponsible for all the process related trouble shooting /unplanned vulcanization machine or tooling breakdown.Participate the PTR and IRR , organize the pre-serious sample productionManage process related continus improving projectProcess related engineering change managementCommunication and changing of experience、lessons learned with other plantQualifications:
More than 2 years experience with rubber plastic recipe research or with rubber injection process development releated fields.
