**Job Description**
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable leader to join our Minneapolis Milk Plant as a **Plant Operations Vacation Relief Supervisor.** In this role, you’ll take ownership of operations during supervisor absences, ensuring production and cooler processes run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety standards. When not providing coverage, you’ll contribute to environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives on 1 st shift, helping drive a culture of safe, responsible operations across the plant. This position reports to the Director, Plant Manager.

Shift: Must be willing to work 1 st & 2 nd shift work schedule
