Position Overview
- Lead all plant operations: manufacturing, engineering support, quality, safety, and production planning.
- Ensure on‑time delivery, capacity planning, and accurate execution of customer backlog.
- Manage a mixed‑model environment:
- Own the plant's P&L and drive cost‑reduction, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (UL, NEC, ISO) and maintain a strong safety environment.
- Oversee electrical testing, product validation, and documentation processes.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop the plant's leadership team; build a high‑performance environment.
