Role Purpose

The Plant Manager is fully accountable for the safe, cost‑effective, and efficient operation of the heating components manufacturing site. The role leads all plant activities including production, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, facilities and people management, ensuring the site delivers against safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability objectives while supporting business growth.

Plant Leadership & Operations

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


• Own and deliver site performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP).


• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.


• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
