You will provide strategic and operational direction to all operations activities at the Petaling Jaya Plant. As the Plant Manager, you will oversee operations, ensuring efficient production, compliance with industry standards, and plant-wide safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will identify and lead continuous improvement projects. You will be on site and report to the Manufacturing Director, Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Run a safe and compliant plant that meets local legislation and PPG EHSMS requirements.
• Oversee quality control systems to meet automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
• Drive and monitor production to achieve production targets.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Lead, coach, and guide the development of plant staff to achieve performance goals.
• Foster a collaborative and performance culture.
