**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

Jensen Infrastructure is hiring a **Drycast Plant Manager** to lead manufacturing operations for precast concrete products, including oversight of production, yard operations, and shipping and receiving activities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality plant operations while leading and developing a strong production team.

You’ll serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, coordinating daily production activities, ensuring workforce readiness, and reinforcing a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
