Eaton’s Mobility Business is hiring a Plant Manager for one of their Vehicle Group North America (VGNA) facilities. This position will be based in Kearney, NE.

**Position Overview:**

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, Light Vehicle North America, this leader has responsibility for plant management including Production, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Program Management, HR, Finance and EHS.

The Plant Manager will set overall policies and procedures to ensure effective manufacturing/trading operations consistent with Eaton Business System (EBS), values and philosophy. This person will also lead the plant leadership team to develop plant strategy and tactics to achieve annual profit plan and long-term strategic plan.
