Job Summary

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role provides leadership to all plant functions, drives operational excellence, and ensures achievement of production and business targets while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations, with supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and process improvement
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
