Job Summary:

Allegion Hollow Metal is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead our Southern California manufacturing facility. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver safe, on-time production of hollow metal doors and frames while upholding the highest standards of quality and cost control. You will own and drive the plant’s performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, oversee planning, maintenance, and manufacturing operations, and develop a capable, engaged team across multiple shifts.
