Eaton’s Aerospace Business is hiring a Plant Manager for one of their largest facilities in North America. This position will be based in Davenport, IA.

**Position Overview:**

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Plant Manager will lead a facility of over 750 employees and have responsibility for all plant management in a union environment. This plant is a leading manufacturer of air-to-air refueling systems, environmental systems, and actuation, primarily for defense markets. It is also an FAA Certified Repair and Overhaul Facility.

The Plant Manager will be responsible for driving strategic and operational leadership, driving profit and loss, growth strategy and organizational direction to meet and exceed short and long-term business goals.
