ChamClad Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead all aspects of plant operations and ensure manufacturing objectives are achieved in alignment with financial and strategic targets. This role is responsible for maximizing operational efficiency, machine utilization, labor productivity, product quality, lead-time performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and development of production supervisors, manufacturing engineering, materials, production scheduling, and all plant personnel.
• Work with the ChamClad business unit and operations teams to maintain lead times at targeted levels.
