Role Description

The Plant Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the gold processing plant. The incumbent will lead metallurgical, production, maintenance, and technical teams to achieve production targets, optimise gold recovery, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all metallurgical plant operations, including crushing, milling, flotation, leaching, adsorption, elution, smelting, tailings, and associated utilities.
• Ensure production targets, throughput, recovery, and quality standards are achieved consistently.
• Optimise plant performance through metallurgical control, process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor key plant KPIs including recovery rates, reagent consumption, throughput, plant availability, and operating costs.
