A Plant Maintenance Engineer
is responsible for ensuring the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all plant machinery, equipment, and facilities. They plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, optimize equipment performance, and support continuous improvement to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment. Participates in safety, health, and environmental continuous improvement initiatives. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Provide root‑cause analysis and corrective action plans Provides technical support for maintenance overall functions. Lead or support emergency repairs to minimize downtime. Manages and oversee daily operations of the department includes training of personnel, assigned task and schedules.
