**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

Minimum of three years of leadership experience. Minimum of seven years of hands-on plant maintenance experience; maintenance and repair of conveyor belts, industrial machines; electrical, hydraulics. Ability to train and develop employees. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

**I. Job Summary**

Plans, directs and controls the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain plant equipment and facilities commensurate with good engineering practices.

**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Manages, approximately, eight (8) employees: Plant Maintenance Supervisor, Plant Maintenance Technicians across three shifts.
+ Manages the preventive maintenance program and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
