This is a full time, exempt position 100% on-site.

The HR Generalist will report to and partner with the Area HR Manager. This position will provide HR support for various levels of management and colleagues within the Lincoln, NE. plant.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition COE and plant teams, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback and ensuring candidates are prepared for onboarding and new hire orientation.
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with plant leadership and union representatives to provide effective HR guidance and support.
