Job Title - HR Executive Location - Aurangabad Responsible for functions in the areas of recruitment, training and development, people and performance management, social welfare as well as updating and maintenance of HR records. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Point of contact for employees' & workers’ issues and inquiries, including but not limited to benefits and company policies. Responsible for plant level recruitment-Coordinating, negotiating and liaising with recruitment vendors, conducting preliminary interviews, in-charge of induction of new joinees etc. Ensure employee/worker productivity of the plant by providing necessary motivation, counselling and close and continuous monitoring the workers’ movement.
