Position Purpose
The Plant Head is responsible for strict monitoring of targeted production as per business plan for plant, maintaining budgeted RMC, waste generation and various environmental norms.
Strategic Responsibilities
Plan optimum use of available production facilities/circuits to ensure on time delivery of productsEnsure effective utilization of manpower, utility, raw materials etc.Report to Head Production (site) on the status of Legal Compliance and apprise him of its implication on businessOperational Responsibilities
Ensure fulfilment of market/customer requirement by producing right quality of material as per business planEnsure proper upkeep of- Plant machineries and effective running of environmental measures
