The position is designed for a strategic leader who can oversee the entire lifecycle of a palm-based oleochemical production site. This includes the entire cycle from feedstock processing to high‑value specialty chemicals.

The focus is on Yield Optimization, Sustainability Compliance, and P&L Ownership.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Direct all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets for fatty acids, fatty alcohols, and refined glycerine are met on time and within budget.
• Drive the digital transformation of the plant by implementing Industry 4.0 solutions, automation, and real‑time process monitoring to enhance productivity.
• Develop and execute long‑term CAPEX plans for plant expansion, equipment upgrades, and energy‑efficient technology.
