Job Title: Plant General
Location: Strongsville, OH 44149
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, from 07:00 am to 03:30 pm
Pay rate: USD $ 17.00

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in a light manufacturing work environment is preferred. Good communication skills exhibiting ability to interact with production co-workers, plant staff and management personnel.

**Responsibilities:**

Sets up, operates, and completes all stages of the fabrication and finishing process, including cutting, shaping, sanding, assembling, coating, and finishing wood products using machinery, tools, and UV equipment.

Ensures product quality by verifying dimensions, inspecting materials for defects, and performing related duties as assigned to support operations.
