Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Completed all relevant Plant Foreman modules and required Process Unit Standards is essential Completed the Impala Supervisory Programme (ISP) is essential Minimum 3 Years experience as Plant Shift Leader is essential Competencies Demonstrate knowledge pertaining to basic health and safety principles in the workplace Demonstrate knowledge of the Laboratory Processes Demonstrate knowledge of the Plant Processes MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Analyse and solve problems Duties and Responsibilities Checks staffing figures at start of shift and ensures that all plant activities are functionally covered.
