1. Successfully complete WorkKeys Assessment with the following scores: Locating Information - 4, Applied Mathematics – 4, Reading for Information -5

2. Experience as head custodian or equivalent 

3. Be able to demonstrate skills in cleaning, manage minor HVAC issues, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and small engine repair

 4. Able to manage resources such as time, people, and equipment

 5. Able to lift and move 35-50 pounds routinely

 6. Able to follow directions and perform duties with limited supervision
