We are looking for an elite Plant Director to take full P&L ownership of a high-output manufacturing facility. What you will do: • Lead full plant operations, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to hit strict international output quotas. • Maximize efficiency and output under tight local resource and utility constraints. • Maintain a high-performance, safe culture on the factory floor while driving continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
