Position Overview
My client are a residential groundworks company, specilaising in the construction of roads, sewers, infrastructure, earthworkd and ground works, currently recruiting for a Plant Coordinator, based from their busy office in Walsall.
Main Responsibilities are:
Arrange the hire of all internal/external plant as required by site
Accurately on hire and off hire of all plant input onto the PM system. Ensure all hires are logged on PM and with correct off hire ref and all on hires have correct fleet numbers also when items ae exchanged - confirm with site when items will be collected
Ensure the correct level of service is being given from suppliers and notify the Plant Manager if a supplier is not performing to the required standard
Invoice checking - any issues pass them over to me if you need clarification on any damages
Keep the WOW plant sheet up to date
Actively track the current location of all owned and hired plant
