Operations Reporting

Identify opportunities to improve/expand plant reporting to enable better business decisions. Provide analysis and commentary to financial results. Support the month end financial statement close process. Identify and develop tools/reports to assist plant supervision in the management of their business units. Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations including those relating to, prepaid expenses, and AP accruals, and support payroll functions in Kronos with payroll supervision.
