Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Plant Controller to serve as the embedded financial leader for one of their major manufacturing facilities. This individual will act as the primary finance partner to the Plant Director and plant leadership team, leading budgeting, forecasting, driver‑based modeling, and operational performance management. The ideal candidate has deep manufacturing finance experience, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, high‑change production environment. This role is FP&A‑focused and partners closely with Cost Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to translate plant performance into clear, actionable financial insights.
