**Role Purpose**

The Planning Supervisor leads production planning, material planning, and buying activities to support manufacturing operations. This role converts demand forecasts and customer orders into executable production and material plans, ensuring on‑time delivery, efficient inventory levels, and stable shop‑floor execution through close cross‑functional coordination.

+ Develop and maintain Master Production Plans (MPS) based on demand forecasts, customer orders, capacity, and material availability.
