Role Overview

Planning Solicitor with 1+Year PQE, based in Manchester. Salary: £Competitive (DOE).

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of planning related matters including advising clients within the private and public sectors.


• Cover the full range of planning work including strategic planning advice, planning applications/agreements and obligations, appeals/inquiries and enforcement.


• Act as a confident and detail‑focused planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen and good communication skills, including drafting ability.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1 Year or more post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a Planning Solicitor.


• Confident and detail‑focused planning lawyer.
