Responsibilities
. Lead Planning Team to achieve meeting scheduling and deliverables of clients' orders.
. Present overview of Planning matters on weekly Management Meeting
. Work with Cross functional group (eg Sales and Production) on balancing capacity, manpower, machines and materials across processes production.
. Optimize backlog, WIP and able to maximize throughput through understanding of capacity and process constraints.
. Inventory and WIP are to be kept at an optimum level to meet demand.
. Ensure smooth daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
. Consolidate and validate client forecast and orders.
. Manage forecast changes, demand fluctuations and urgent orders.
. Material planning and co-ordination and ensuring materialavailability.
. Manage individual customer PO booking versus allocated forecast schedule.
. Achieve on-time delivery goals for customers.
. Ensure proper documentation and data integrity.
