Planning & Cost Control Manager (Oil & Gas / Power Generation) – Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Planning & Cost Control Manager to lead and oversee all planning, scheduling, and cost control functions on large-scale Oil & Gas and Power Generation projects. The role is responsible for ensuring effective project execution, budget control, and timely delivery while supporting strategic decision-making at a senior level.
