Job description Understand the EPC scope of work and Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets. Create a WBS structure for scheduling, and progress measurement. Prepare overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software (P6). Create resources in Primavera and Load Man-hours into the scheduled activities using those resources. Create various schedule reports and determine the appropriate reporting format. Analyze project control reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project team. Progress monitoring of projects using Earned value technique. Ensure budget tracking. Well-versed with Ecosys or Cost management tools. Managing the Change Management System. Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and an interface between the functional team and project team. Prepare Reports with accurate forecasts.
