Position Overview

 I am looking for a Planning Coordinator based in Sunbury on Thames to schedule Service Engineers to jobs that are a mix of repairs, breakdowns and planned maintenance. The role is office based paying up to £28Kpa. The position is Monday to Friday but you will need to be able to work one Saturday a month (you will then have a day off in the week).
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 To schedule the work of service engineers - a mixture of repairs, breakdowns and planned maintenance.
 To work closely with field managers to drive productivity from the field team.
 To work closely with internal and external customers to help adhere to contractual SLA's.
 Communicating with other internal departments regarding ETAs.
 Providing customers with regular updates.
 
   Ideally you will have previous experience in a scheduling/planning but this is not required.
