Hello! We are an architect/engineering firm located in the USA (east coast). We mainly focus on residential projects but also do small commercial projects as well. We work on row homes, restaurants, new construction, and multi-unit homes. Whom we are looking for: - Familiar with USA design - Experienced in what plans need to be approved by city - Experience work in inches & feet - Experienced in 2D autocad is a must (No revit)- Experienced in taking reviewer comments and making corrections - Speaks English fluently - Be a self-thinker who can add what is needed to the plans - Ability to talk to clients and keep them updated Type of work: - Take a paper/free sketch survey and create AutoCAD 2D - Create sections/add architectural details/wall types/etc.
