Position Overview
1. Operational Coordination
- Plan and organize preventive maintenance interventions for clients
- Manage and monitor site access requirements (e.g. regulated or secure environments)
- Coordinate internal and external resources and optimize planning based on priorities and urgency
- Ensure availability and follow-up of materials required for interventions (including on-call equipment)
2. Follow-up & Control
- Review and follow up on intervention reports submitted by technicians
- Ensure quality and completeness of data and documentation
- Maintain and update operational tracking tools (planning, interventions, KPIs, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for field technicians
