Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, Commissioning and integration of contractor’s schedule
Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
Conduct delay analysis and assist in claims management.
Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program
