As a Planner, you'll play a key role in coordinating engineers, supporting customers, and ensuring service operations run efficiently day to day. This is a varied and hands-on opportunity for a Planner who enjoys organisation, problem solving, and being at the centre of a busy service team.

What will you be doing as a Planner?

Scheduling service engineers for maintenance visits and installations
Managing customer communications including queries, quotations, service updates and contracts
Coordinating export shipping for service work or product dispatch
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth service delivery
Logging and tracking service requests to ensure timely resolution
