Key Responsibilities
MRP analysis
Enter purchase orders based on current demand and lead times, confirm with supplier deliveries on time and track shipments to import.
Keep purchase orders updated.
Expedite and defer material based on current demand.
Give the appropriated feedback about shortage material in reports as showstopper report and materials binnacle.
Follow up and ensure the delivery of shortage material in production line.
Review material in consignment and with Kanban level.
Review obsolete and slow-moving inventory for disposal.
Review discrepancies with material and prices (buyer exception report).
Following up to quality recalls, create debit memos and confirm disposal with supplier
Following up material for first article inspection (FAI).
