The Plan Build Specialist reports directly to the Supervisor of Plan Build Services, specializing in setup and plan design changes for new and existing clients. You will support Insurance, Administration, and Health lines of business while collaborating with various internal teams. Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects, facilitating meetings for requirement gathering, and ensuring accurate plan documentation.
