Responsibilities:

+ Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff-side litigation

+ Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

+ Manage case files, calendaring, and deadlines

+ Coordinate medical records, billing, and client communication

+ Assist with settlement packages and demands

+ Provide trial preparation support, including exhibits and binders

+ File documents in state and federal courts
