3 months contract with a Local Authority Job Title: Placement & Brokerage Officer Job Purpose To support the coordination, sourcing, and arrangement of care packages for individuals with assessed needs, ensuring timely access to high-quality support services. The role contributes to effective care planning by maintaining accurate records, engaging with care providers, and supporting brokerage activities in line with Care Act 2014 requirements. Working within Adult Social Care, the post holder will liaise with internal teams, external providers, and stakeholders to ensure care packages are arranged efficiently, meeting individual needs while ensuring compliance with organisational standards and contractual requirements.
